MIT's Homeschool Admissions Policy

Are you still fielding questions about homeschooling and college? Maybe your fears keep creeping up late at night, catching you off-guard.

Rest easy. Homeschooling will not prevent your child from attending top-notch schools. Just as with any other applicant, your child must prepare in advance for university, but many universities welcome qualified homeschoolers with open arms.

One fine example is MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). They have a specific page with helpful hints for homeschooled applicants.

Feel free to print this to show to well-meaning family and friends concerned about the your homeschooled student's collegiate options. Or, keep it on your nightstand to review for the next time you wake up in a panic.
